The floor plan is AWESOME!!  The first floor has a formal living room and dining room, TWO dens with woodburning fireplaces in each, an eat-in kitchen, a half bath, and a huge utility room.  Then there is the upstairs.  We have 4 bedrooms (well 3 bedrooms and 1 office), 2 full baths, a pull-down attic, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.  However, we will have our work cut out for us before moving in.
