Our plan is to gut the entire kitchen and put in brand new cabinets, countertop, and appliances.  We will also be installing a ceramic tile floor.  We plan to also put on a new roof and new siding.  We will also some day get to updating to the bathrooms.  The walk-in closet isn't really a walk-in right now, but it soon will be.  Color is a must, also.  Painting will be taking place in several rooms to brighten things up and give it some character.  Oh yeah, the teal shutters will be one of the first things gone!
